I was called to a condo in the city to check on an HVACI system that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I found that the system was running correctly and that the cooling was adequate. However, I noticed that the sub-cooling was low. I checked the refrigerant levels and found that the system was low on 410. I added more refrigerant to the system and performed a leak test to ensure that there were no leaks. After completing the repairs, the system was cooling properly and the sub-cooling was back to normal. The customer was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called to a customer's home to check on a problem with their air conditioner. Upon arrival, I cleared the drain, changed the filter, checked the Freon level, checked the blower motor and belt, checked the contacts and wiring, and everything looked good. I then checked the system and found that it was cooling properly.
